The First of November
I shouldn't be here right now. I should be sleeping!! *groans* I've tuition class later @ 5. Since I've some time left, I decided to drop by and say a few words. LOL The -saddest- moment of the year is the moment when we are being sorted into different classes for the next year. Yes... and the time is now. I, for instance, am not sure of whether or not I would be able to remain in the first class for the upcoming semester. Some of us are leaving, that's for sure. Thanks to the bad class-streaming system our school practises. :( It's pretty unfair actually... stream us based on ONLY our End-of-Year exam results. Like what Angelin (the Add math professor of 4A) says, "It is only reasonable if we judge a student's performance in all the exams and tests. Therefore... To determine a student's level of achievement, the method of calculating the standard deviation from the overall marks should be used. This is to deduce the accurate standard of performance of a particular student." Yes. I agree... But we couldn't do anything. Rules are rules. Phffft... We got our co-curriculum achievement forms today. I got an A for my overall grade. *phew* I should really participate more in extra curricular activites in order to sustain my grade next year. Afterall, it's vital for my testimonial/school-leaving certificate. I shall catch up with you guys soon. Cheers!! =D. Without wax, Patsy.
